What We Believe

As a non-denominational, multicultural community, we embrace these foundational beliefs. We seek to walk in the fullness of the Spirit, express the love of Christ, and be agents of transformation reflecting and releasing the sound of the kingdom of God in the world around us and throughout the earth.

We believe in one true Holy God: Creator of all things (Heaven and Earth), eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19), (2 Corinthians 13:14), (1 John 5:7), (John 14:16-17), (2 Corinthians 13:14)

We believe in Salvation through Jesus Christ: We believe that salvation is found solely through faith in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins, rose again, and ascended to heaven. It is by His grace that we are saved, and through His sacrifice, we have been reconciled to God. (John 3:16); (Acts 4:12); (Romans 10:9-10); (Ephesians 2:8-9); (1 Timothy 2: 5-6); (Titus 3:4-7)

The Holy Spirit: We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, who empowers and equips believers with spiritual gifts for service and witness. The Holy Spirit guides, convicts, and transforms us, leading us into a deeper relationship with God and empowering us to live lives of holiness. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live a life of Christ-like character, bearing fruit in our everyday living that brings glory and honor to God, the Father. (2 Corinthians 13:14); (John 14:16-17); (John 15:26); (Romans 8:26-27)

Supernatural Manifestations: We believe in the present-day operation of spiritual gifts as described in the Holy Scriptures, including but not limited to prophecy, healing, miracles, signs and wonders, tongues, and interpretation of tongues. We embrace the dynamic and active work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, inviting His supernatural manifestations and relying on His guidance. (1 Corinthians 12:4-11, 14:1, 14:12, 12:28-31); (Hebrews 2:4)

The Authority of the Bible: We affirm the divine inspiration and infallibility of the Holy Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments. The Bible is our ultimate authority for faith, doctrine, and practical living. We seek to study, understand, and apply its teachings in our daily lives. (2 Timothy 3:16-17), (2 Peter 1:20-21), (Psalms 19:7-8), (Hebrews 4:12)

5-FOLD MINISTRY: The five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers are gifts given to each local Church and the universal Church. These gifts are for the equipping of believers to spread the gospel of Christ and to do the work of service. We believe both men and women are chosen by God for these ministry callings, offices functions and leadership positions. (Ephesians 4:8-13); (1 Corinthians 12:4-30, 14:29-31); (Galatians 3:26-29); (Philippians 4:3); (Romans 16:1-7)

Worship and Prayer: We believe in the power of heartfelt worship and prayer. We acknowledge that worship is a lifestyle of adoration, surrender, and intimacy with God, and we seek to engage in vibrant, Spirit-led worship that exalts the name of Jesus. We also recognize the importance of fervent and persistent prayer as a means of communing with God and partnering with Him to see His purposes fulfilled. (John 4:23-24); (Psalms 95:6); (Philippians 4:6-7); (1 Thessalonians 5:17); (Hebrews 12:28); (Matthew 6:6); (Psalms 29:2)

The Second Coming of Christ: We anticipate the glorious return of our Lord Jesus Christ. We eagerly await His coming, when He will judge the living and the dead, and establish His eternal kingdom. In light of His imminent return, we strive to live holy and purposeful lives, proclaiming the good news of the Kingdom and making disciples of all nations. (Matthew 24:30-31); (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17); (1 Corinthians 15:51-52); (2 Timothy 4:8); (1 Corinthians 15:51-55)
